Lauren has a great personality and I learn a lot from our visits. However, when I do labs I don’t receive feedback in a timely manner. Labs were available Tuesday. 6 days later it shows Lauren has reviewed or made comments Her staff never seems to know why I’m there or what to do with me. I always have to explain. Then I’m not sure if that’s actually why Lauren’s asked me to come in or not. (Usually when I need a new prescription).

From the first phone call to make an appointment to the time I walked out the door after my appointment, there was not 1 negative thing I experienced. Definitely will return and will be making an appointment for my daughter.

Staff is exceptional! Wonderful once you walk in you’re greeted by the receptionist who is very knowledgeable and kind. Once called in the intake nurse was very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all the questions she could & was able to draw blood without me feeling the prick of the needle. I appreciate them honoring the appointment time as well.

I am so thankful to have this practice in Collierville. Nurse Practitioner Lauren treats you as if you are her family member and not just another patient. She gets to know you as a person not just a diagnosis. Every time I have gone there I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes in the waiting room and usually it's not more than that. She respects working people and will do her best to schedule things like ultrasounds at times that are convenient for you. She also knows primary care medicine and will get you what you need to get done and send you on your way. I highly recommend this practice.

Good afternoon! My visit to Dr. Lauren Reilly was awesome. I was faced with the task of finding a new PCP because of the unfortunate closing of FedEx East Health Clinic. To be honest, I was hesitant about developing a new relationship with a new and different medical team. From my initial call to make an appointment to experiencing my first visit, I could not have been more pleased. Everyone was so professional, so kind and so considerate. Immediately I felt comfortable & welcomed. I've been corrected that Lauren Reilly is not a doctor yet, but she is in that role for me. I am blessed to have found a medical practice that is close to home and staffed with such qualified personnel. I have had some "interesting" experiences while having blood drawn before, but even that part of my first visit was excellent. To say that I'm thrilled is an understatement. My next appointment is in January and I'm looking forward to it. Thank you!
